Empire offers two types of batch processing machines in various sizes.  The continuous turntable involves loading a batch of parts onto a turntable, and the indexing turntable involves loading parts onto individual satellite stations.  These machines allow the operator to load a batch of parts, set the blast parameters, and then perform other functions while the machine processes the batch.  This is especially advantageous for parts requiring long blast cycles.  All of Empire's batch machines are equipped with turntable jog buttons for ease of part loading.  As with all of Empire's automated machines, gun/nozzle manipulation options include the rotary head, vertical and horizontal oscillation, giving us the flexibility to design the machine around the customer's application.

Our equipment does what sand blasting tries to do.

Silica sand should not be used in any Empire air-blast equipment.
